Who is Global Travel Alliance?

It is the people that make up who and what a company is, especially in the world of educational travel. And because we’re a company that values relationships – clients are no mere numbers here – we’re excited to continue introducing our incredible team through the “Who is Global Travel Alliance” series. Next up: our outdoor adventure enthusiast, Paul.

Montana is not only one of the hottest domestic destinations right now, it’s also home to several of our team members, including Paul. When he’s not traveling, you’ll find Paul hiking in the nearby Bitterroot mountains or floating down a river with a fly rod in-hand!

No matter your intended destination, Paul is a perfect travel partner. But as the Director of Gtrek, he’s especially well-versed in science and field-based travel experiences. With Yellowstone and Grand Teton practically in his backyard, how could he not be? Before joining Global Travel Alliance, Paul directed place-based educational programs for the Nature Conservancy and Montana Audubon.

Looking for service-learning conservation opportunities? A customized biodiversity itinerary to complement your curriculum? Look no further! But not only is Paul a dedicated Education Program Specialist, he’s also a fan-favorite guide!

“I have been guiding student groups to Washington, D.C., NYC, our National Parks, and Costa Rica for a long time. Every group and every trip has been special in some way. I love this work and I love bringing all of these experiences to students. I truly believe that any of these opportunities to get students to a place different from home, under the guidance of a knowledgeable and skilled guide has the potential to be transformative.”
