Student Summer Learning Expedition
Monteverde Cloud Forest to the Guanacaste Coast, Costa Rica
Grade 7 through 12 students have an exclusive opportunity to participate in an innovative science expedition to Costa Rica with Global Travel Alliance. This is an opportunity to explore two of our planet’s most dynamic and important ecosystems while also gaining a valuable insight into the world of a field biologist. Work alongside tropical ecology researchers and marine biologists.

- Coastal, Coral Reef and Estuary Ecosystems
Trip Highlights
- Work alongside and assist biologists
- Study the unique plants and animals of the world renowned Monteverede Cloud Forest.
- Forest and Marine habitat restoration projects
- Inventory and monitoring of fish, Coral, sharks and giant Manta Rays along the northern pacific Coast of Costa Rica.
- Intercultural exchange with Costa Rican Students.
- Zip line, snorkeling, kayaking
- Great food and great friends
